FAQs on workplace menstrual products As of January 1, 2025, Section 28.1 of the Regulation for Construction Projects (O. Reg. 213/91) will require that menstrual products be made available on larger construction sites. IHSA’s new bulletin, Menstrual product requirements FAQs, provides information about how to implement this new requirement, as specified by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD).
