This is the last year of the signed OPA
April 30, 2022 the contract will expire
Remember to protect our OPA and everything we have earned, don’t give it away
We all fought for our contract and employment conditions and we should proudly stand for what we have accomplished
Don’t allow yourself to be put in a position of unsafe work, workplace harassment, poor work conditions or unfair treatment by the company or anyone else
We all should respect our fellow workers and employers and we should expect the same in return
Everyone should go home to their families at the end of the work day without physical or mental harm
