A milestone has been reached by one of our honorary retired members.

Happy belated birthday to Brother Billy Shields who was born in 1916 and

celebrated his 100th on August 2nd.

Brother Shields started working with Armor Elevator in 1949.  He was known through out

Toronto for his expertise and skill as a machinist and became the go to guy for advise on how to repair

elevators.  Billy worked for Armor elevator from 1949 to 1976 and then with Beckett Elevator until he

retired in 1980.
