Local 50 will be marching in the Labour Day parade as usual but will not enter the CNE grounds

Its’ time for our labour family to gather and celebrate! Its’ time to march for good jobs, justice and fairness for all.

This year, the Labour Day parade destination will be Lamport Stadium in Liberty Village.

The parade will start at 9:30am sharp, from Queen St & University Avenue and march to Lamport Stadium after greeting the IATSE Local58 picket on Dufferin Street at Liberty.

There will be much to look forward to at the Stadium:

music, children’s activities, food trucks and a beer tent for those who are thirsty.

Thanks to our affiliates stepping up to make this a fabulous experience for our labour families.

If you wish to help out join the picket line

If you decide to pay and enter the CNE  on your own PLEASE do not wear any union apparel
